Beautiful glass house and many green areas.
Beautiful glass house and many green areas.
The room especially bathroom is outdated. Restaurant has flies. Front lobby steps slippery and I fell down, staff do not have enough first aid knowledge and medicine.

Excellent retreat into the nature
Staff is polite and helpful. Location is also nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast spread is also nice and most importantly, the resort itself offers many things to do and see!
Sound proofing was an issue. In the afternoons you can hear the traffic loud and clear and even what's going on next door. Also, WiFi is quite weak in our room (had to go out to the balcony to get fuller signal).

Satisfying Stay..Would Love to Come Back
1. the hotel upgraded us to a family room upon our arrival, which I really appreciated..the room is spacious and they have a balcony facing up to the river and the forest which is a nice view to wake up to.. 2. the garden surrounding the hotel is nice, if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to spend time with your spouse/family, I'd really recommend this hotel.. 3. breakfast was good, there are quite a lot of varieties on the menu..
1. the location was quite isolated, not many places to go to within walking distance.. 2. as mentioned by other customers, the wifi connection in the room was REALLY BAD, not that I really need the wifi, but the hotel should have done something about this already..

The green Forest becomes the noisy forest
How could someone used a loud speaker to wake everybody up at 6 am ?? This is the first hotel ever I stayed which allowed the guess using the music and speaker at the garden so loud at 6 am
