The room especially bathroom is outdated. Restaurant has flies. Front lobby steps slippery and I fell down, staff do not have enough first aid knowledge and medicine.

The view, the fresh air
The room facility is not well maintained. When first check in, the girl at the reception talk with her friend about something and didnt care about us who waited for a long time to get our room card. We booked 2 room, one of the room had broken bathroom door, they tried to fix it and make the bathroom dirty and didnt even come back to clean it. Breakfast was so so, a lot of flies and everything runs out.

Excellent retreat into the nature
Staff is polite and helpful. Location is also nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast spread is also nice and most importantly, the resort itself offers many things to do and see!
Sound proofing was an issue. In the afternoons you can hear the traffic loud and clear and even what's going on next door. Also, WiFi is quite weak in our room (had to go out to the balcony to get fuller signal).
